Formed over a decade ago, Mother’s Cake’s journey from their humble beginnings to international acclaim culminates in their forthcoming fifth album, “CYBERFUNK!”.
With a career trajectory marked by hundreds of concerts worldwide and collaborations with renowned artists, the trio has honed their signature sound—a fusion of sky-high psychedelia and down-to-earth rock. Recorded over a year in sleep-deprived three-day sessions, “CYBERFUNK!” captures the essence of Mother’s Cake’s raw live energy, showcasing vocalist/guitarist Yves Krismer’s standout performance while pushing the boundaries of their musical evolution.
At Bear Stone Festival 2023 they had a not so grateful job of following up after legendary Monster Magnet. Without missing a beat, they took charge of the stage and mesmerised everyone in the audience. There were rumours going around the next day that theirs was the best performance of the festival. Woodstock Barbie (HU)
Nestled at the confluence of the Tisza and Mississippi rivers, Woodstock Barbie blends vintage blues rock with scratchy stoner and silky soul, earning praise from critics worldwide for their genre-defying sound.
